Marketing Associate
(Digital Marketing | FinTech | Algorithmic Trading)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s products: algorithmic trading advisors, training programs, and consulting services;

• Conduct market research and analyze the target audience (traders, investors, fintech enthusiasts);

• Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Telegram;

• Work with external contractors — copywriters, designers, and video editors — to create high-quality marketing materials;

• Prepare content plans and closely collaborate with the SMM team;

• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, optimize ROI, and provide regular detailed reports;

• Contribute to the overall growth of brand awareness and lead generation in the fintech and algorithmic trading niche.

 

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing;

• Practical knowledge of key tools: Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager;

• Experience running paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads) is essential;

• Understanding of Telegram advertising and community management is a strong plus;

• Experience promoting IT, SaaS, or FinTech products is highly desirable;

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to optimize campaigns;

• Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach;

• Proficiency in both Russian and English — minimum B2 level (written and spoken) — mandatory.

 

Will be a plus:

• Experience in the trading, cryptocurrency, or financial education niche;

• Basic knowledge of copywriting and content creation for financial products;

• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead nurturing processes.
