Marketing Associate

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's products (trading advisors, training programs, consulting).
Analyzing the market and target audience.
Running advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram.
Working with contractors: copywriters, designers, video editors.
Preparing a content plan and interacting with the SMM team.
Monitoring campaign effectiveness and providing reports.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
Knowledge of tools: Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Telegram bots.
Experience in promoting IT or fintech products is a plus.
Ability to work in a team, initiative, responsibility.
Proficiency in Russian and English at a level not lower than B2.

Lead Developer (Python)

Location: Remote or hybrid (as desired)

Responsibilities:

Development and architecture of new internal and client services (API, analytics, backend solutions).
Communication and coordination with frontend teams, infrastructure teams, and product managers.
Support and refinement of existing code, refactoring, and optimization.
Configuring logging, monitoring, unit and integration test coverage.
Participating in technology selection and designing the architecture of new solutions.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Python 3.9+, understanding of OOP and architectural patterns.
Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Experience writing REST APIs, understanding of HTTP principles.
Ability to write clean, documented, and testable code.
Skills in working with PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery.
Experience working with Docker, Git.

ML Python Developer

(Python Developer in the field of machine learning)

Responsibilities:

Development and implementation of machine learning models for data analysis and trading strategy optimization
Data preparation, cleaning, and processing (ETL)
Data analysis and creation of analytical reports
Participation in A/B testing of models
Optimization and retraining of existing models
Working in conjunction with Dev, analytics, and trading teams

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
Proficiency in Python and industrial code writing
Experience with TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy
