Currency Market Trader
(Forex Trader / Algotrader)

We develop and provide high-quality trading tools, including our proprietary Monarch AI trading advisor, to help traders achieve consistent results through automation and data-driven strategies.

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
Level: Junior / Middle / Senior (depending on experience and results)

 

Responsibilities:

• Execute trades on the currency (Forex) market with the goal of achieving stable and consistent profits;

• Develop, test, and optimize your own trading strategies using both manual and algorithmic approaches;

• Work with proprietary trading advisors (Expert Advisors) developed by 4exGroup, as well as recommended third-party tools;

• Maintain a detailed trading journal, analyze performance, identify mistakes, and continuously improve results;

• Use MetaTrader 4 / MetaTrader 5 and other professional trading platforms;

• Strictly follow risk management rules and maintain disciplined trading psychology;

• Collaborate with the company’s development and quantitative research teams to test and improve trading algorithms.

 

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of Forex trading (fundamental and technical analysis);

• Practical experience working with MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5;

• Ability to work independently, make informed decisions under pressure, and maintain discipline;

• Strong interest in algorithmic trading, automated systems, and FinTech;

• High level of personal responsibility, stress resistance, and a results-oriented mindset;

• Willingness to learn and develop professionally in the field of algorithmic and AI-driven trading.

 

Will be a plus:

• Proven successful trading history or verifiable track record;

• Experience in testing, configuring, and optimizing Expert Advisors (trading robots);

• Good understanding of margin trading, leverage, and risk calculation;

• Ability to read and analyze financial news and market analytics in English;

• Basic knowledge of Python or data analysis for trading.
