Refund Policy

Once you have been granted access to the purchased digital product (download link, license key, or file delivery), the sale is considered final and **no refunds will be issued**. This is because digital products can be copied immediately after delivery.

• We offer a limited 7-day money-back guarantee only in the following two cases:

• A) The product is materially not as described on the sales page

• B) The product has a critical technical defect that makes it completely unusable and cannot be fixed within 72 hours after you report it

• → To request a refund under this clause, you must contact support@4exgroup.com **within 7 calendar days** of purchase with:

• - Order number

• - Detailed description of the issue (screenshots/logs if applicable)

• We will review and respond within 48 hours. If the claim is valid, we will issue a full refund.

No refund will be provided if:

- You simply changed your mind or no longer need the product

- You did not achieve the expected trading results (performance is never guaranteed)

- Your broker or trading platform is incompatible (compatibility information is provided on the product page)

- More than 7 days have passed since purchase

- You have already downloaded or activated the product

Filing a chargeback or dispute after a refund has been denied violates these terms and will result in immediate termination of your license and access to all 4exGroup products without refund.
